Terms of Service

By engaging the services of Kamireddy Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding photography, cinematography, and event management.
1. Booking & Payments
- Advance Payment: A minimum advance of 15% is required to confirm the booking.
- Payment Schedule: Payments should be made on every visit or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
- Full Settlement: Final deliverables (HD photos/Albums) will only be released after 100% payment completion.
2. Service Delivery
- Timeline: Output delivery depends on the complexity of the event. Immediate or urgent output requests may incur extra charges.
- Live Photo Concept: We require a stable internet connection at the venue for live photo services. If not available, we are not responsible for delays.
- Complimentary Services: Any free items (frames, extra prints) are provided at our discretion and may be paused if full payment is delayed.
3. Guest Access & AI Features
Guests scanning QR codes must provide valid 10-digit mobile numbers. Selfie data uploaded for AI face-matching is stored temporarily to facilitate photo discovery and is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kamireddy Events is not responsible for loss of photos due to equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we maintain secure cloud backups (AWS S3) to minimize such risks.
5. Cancellation Policy
Advance payments are generally non-refundable as they secure the date and prevent other bookings. Refund requests for cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
